We provide testing for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We use the test battery of:

Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule - 2 (ADOS-2)

Gilliam Autism RAting Scale - 3 (GARS-3) 

Childhood Autism Rating Scale - 2 (CARS-2)

Kaufman Brief Intelligence Test - 2 (KBIT-2) 

These assessments allow us to diagnosis individuals as young as 2 years of age to adulthood, as well as different levels of communication abilities ranging from non-verbal to a mild presentation.

Wait List:

In order to get on the waiting list clients will need to contact our main number and speak with a representative. From there paperwork will be sent to the client. Once the client is able to complete the paperwork they will then be placed on the waiting list.

504 plan/IEP

Psychological Testing Results

Primary Care Physician Referral for Testing
